The Challenge
Before implementation, the business suffered from severe operational fragmentation—using disparate tools for marketing, finance, and file management. This led to data silos, manual entry errors, and significant latency in decision-making. The challenge was to build a system capable of handling high-concurrency real-time updates while integrating with legacy marketing channels and massive Google Drive file repositories.
The Solution
We developed a hybrid, high-performance architecture combining a reactive Next.js frontend with a battle-hardened Laravel API backend. The system utilizes event-driven architecture and WebSockets to push real-time updates to all connected clients. It features a custom-built Google Drive integration for seamless asset management and a sophisticated background job system (via Redis/Horizon) to handle marketing broadcasts without blocking the main thread.
